Privacy Policy

This notice explains how RusPaw handles personal data submitted through this website.

Data we collect

The waitlist form collects your email address. The contact form collects your name, email address and message. The forms also record the submission time, and the waitlist records that the submission came from the Home page.

How we use your data

We use waitlist email addresses for the RusPaw waitlist and launch-related communication. Submitting the same email again does not create another waitlist entry.

When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address and message in a private SQLite database on Vietnix hosting. An email notification containing those details is sent through the hosting mail service to hello@ruspaw.com so we can review and respond to your enquiry. The contact remains stored even if the notification cannot be delivered.

Hosting and form protection

Vietnix serves the website and stores form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms and processes technical browser and request signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. The Turnstile widget does not receive the name, email address or message fields.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising tracking or Google Analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser storage as part of its security checks. The website also loads fonts and icons from Google-hosted services, which receive normal web request data when those resources load.

Storage and sharing

Form data is processed and stored on Vietnix hosting. Contact notifications include the submitted name, email address and message and are delivered to our contact mailbox through the hosting mail service. Restricted migration backups may remain on our previous Cloudflare infrastructure during the transition. Google-hosted font and icon requests do not include form fields through this implementation.

Security

RusPaw uses reasonable safeguards, including Turnstile, rate limiting, input validation and hosting security controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention

RusPaw does not currently publish a fixed retention period. Submitted data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for operational, security or legal needs.

Your requests

To ask to access, correct or delete personal data you submitted, use the contact form on Home. Include the email address used for the submission and enough detail to identify the relevant record. RusPaw may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, its forms or its service providers change. The date above shows the latest update.
